The A24 Pro overall frame is made of aluminum alloy and is cast in one piece. It can be used out of the box without installation and has excellent structural stability.
24W Optical Power
A24 Pro utilizes a 24W high-power laser beam. The latest coupling technology of four 6W optical power second-generation fiber-encapsulated lasers, with powerful power and long optical waist, can cut 18 paulownia wood boards, 10mm black acrylic boards, 15mm basswood plywood, 5-layer laser-specific vinyl, and even cut 0.05mm stainless steel sheet at one time. It also adopts a fixed focus design and can quickly and accurately focus in 10 seconds.
Second Generation Blue Laser Packaging Technology
The A24 Pro laser adopts the second-generation fiber compression packaging process, which further compresses the laser spot size and significantly improves cutting capabilities. It also improves the heat dissipation efficiency of high-power lasers and extends the service life of the lasers.
Upgraded Compression Spot Coupling Technology
The ultra-fine laser focus area is reduced to 0.06*0.06mm. The high-density laser can easily cut 20mm thick plywood and 30mm thick black acrylic; it can directly engrave mirror stainless steel metal, ceramics, and glass. The engraving and cutting speed is 40% higher than the ordinary model, and the extreme cutting effect is comparable to that of a 300W CO2 laser engraver.
Stable and High-speed Structure
The bottom frame of the A24 Pro is formed in one piece, and the X-axis metal adopts a dual-axis guide rail structure. The working vibration is very small, ensuring that the machine does not shake when running at a high speed of 600mm/s.

Advanced 32-bit Motherboard

Eye-Protection Redefined
The panoramic filter glass protective cover protects your eyes very well and filters 97% of ultraviolet light. You and the people around you do not need to wear goggles to watch laser engraving. Reduce your goggles expense and the inconvenience of wearing goggles.
Broad Compatibility
The machine is compatible with various mature engraving software, such as LaserGRBL and LightBurn. It supports Win XP / Win 7 / Win 8 / XP / Win 10. It also supports Mac system (LightBurn). The engraving file format supports NC, BMP, JPG, PNG, DXF, etc.
Security Protection
It is equipped with an emergency stop button to stop the machine at any time if an unexpected situation occurs. It is also equipped with a limit switch and a gyroscope to make laser work safer.
